SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The subject of this agreement is to regulate the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts for distance sales conducted electronically between CSM TRAVEL AGENCY TOURISM TRADE LTD. CO. ("Seller") and the person or persons ("Buyer") who signed the contract.
Upon making a reservation, the 'main name' in the reservation guarantees that it has the authority to accept the terms of this agreement on behalf of the party and acknowledges acceptance. A binding agreement will be established between us when we inform you of your reservation and provide you with confirmation of your payment after receiving the reservation and all applicable payments. This agreement is subject to Turkish Law and the jurisdiction of Turkish Courts.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of the service ordered/confirmed/confirmed by the Buyer through the Seller's website electronically, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
RESERVATION STAGE
4.1. The Buyer contacts the company for the selected or personally requested package/services through the website, and the process proceeds through the agreed-upon program. Reservations are not valid unless 50% of the payment is made at the time of confirmation. The Buyer agrees to make the full payment before the service starts.
4.2. These Reservation Terms are equally applicable to all members listed in your reservation. In cases where the 'main name' in the reservation makes reservations on behalf of other individuals, it is your responsibility to present these Reservation Terms to them and ensure that they are familiar with them. We reserve the right to assume that all members of your group have read these Reservation Terms. Any reference to 'you' or 'your' will be considered to include all individuals listed in the reservation.
4.3. We will have the right to enforce these Reservation Terms for the 'main name' in the reservation and other individuals on your side.
4.4. Any changes to the reservation made after booking, whether in the reservation or in your Travel Arrangements (subject to Article 5 below), will be subject to these Reservation Terms immediately upon confirmation of the change.
4.5. The 'main name' making the reservation and payment must be at least 18 years old.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The purchased service (package program-daily tour-activity-transfer etc.) is valid only for the dates of service purchase.
5.2. Date changes can be made for the purchased service according to current conditions.
5.3. In cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start time of daily tours and activities (excluding hot air balloon), a 100% refund will be made.
5.4. In cancellations made up to 14 days before package programs (flight-accommodation-tour-transfer-activity, etc.), if ticketing and hotel payment have been made, the entire amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made within 14 days.
5.5. In cancellations made up to 7 days before package programs (accommodation-tour-transfer-activity, etc.), if the hotel payment has been made, the entire amount will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made within 7 days.
5.6. The fees for canceled reservations will be refunded within 15 business days according to your payment method. Our company cannot be held responsible for the process of transferring to your account according to banking procedures.
5.7. Our company cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure such as natural or other disasters, weather conditions; closure of airports, rescheduling or cancellation of flights, change of airline or aircraft type by the airline and technical problems related to transportation. In such cases, our company has the right to terminate the agreement.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
7.1. This contract is subject to Turkish law and Nevşehir Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in all disputes that may arise. This distance sales contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties. Both parties declare that they have read, understood and accepted the contract.
